GLACIER CLIMBING IN AUSTRIA

So last week of my December holidays, my family and I went to a couple of places like Austria, Paris, etc. Unfortunately, I have no pictures of Paris so I decided to do a travel diary of Austria only. Or rather, that time in Austria when we went glacier climbing. We were originally going to the Green Emerald Lake, but there was nothing to do there and it was very cold, so we out of the blue decided to go and climb one of the five glaciers. Mom and dad stopped halfway and went back into a cafe, while my brothers and I continued on. We were going to go to the closest glacier, but the easy and unblocked terrain and short distance was no challenge, so we took the harder and longer route to another glacier. It was a slippery and rocky terrain with many streams and cows. But overall, it was an amazing experience.

CARLETON'S GUIDE TO LAST-MINUTE GIFT GIVING

Hello everyone! So today I'm back with a Gift Giving guide. I know I should have done this back when Christmas was around the corner, but the ideas only struck me now. However, this is not particularly a Christmas gift guide, but a gift guide in general, for any days like birthdays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc. I'm a very big expert a gift giving and crafting, so I sought fit to make this post. I also really love making things for people, which plays a part in my typing speed right now.

WINTER OUTFIT IDEAS

Hi guys! So today I'm doing another fashion post. I'm going to be showing you guys some winter outfit ideas. These won't look really well on adults, though. These are more for teens and kids. This will include three high-neck or turtle-neck based outfit ideas for winter that you can customise to your colour scheme and your style, as well as the weather in your area. I really hope you enjoy this and let's get into it.

STRUGGLES OF WRITING

I think all we writers can agree that writing comes with it’s own problems and struggles you have to get through if you are going to finish that book you started. Now some writers are lucky, and they can write a first draft without struggles and with ease. Unfortunately, however, I am not one of those writers.

2017 BUCKET LIST

Hi guys! So today I’m going to be showing you my 2017 Bucketlist. I have a lot of different things on my bucketlist this year and I’m very happy to share them with you guys. I could literally make this list go on and on forever, but I decided to keep this as close to possible as I could. Also, since this is based on an entire year, the things on my list will be more ‘long-term’, if you understand. But with that in mind, let’s get into things I want to do this year.

WONDER BY R. J. PALACIO

Hey everyone! So today I'm going to be doing a review on Wonder by R. J. Palacio. I've been putting this review off for so long because I wasn't sure how to sum it up. The book was hard to describe in words without getting carried away with my own thoughts - because I cannot express how much this book moved me.

So basically, we focus on this boy called August - or Auggie - who has been born with a face deformity. August is sent to school first time in fifth grade where he obviously has to face a lot of struggles and bullying. That's all I can really say without spoiling your for this wonder.

FANGIRL BY RAINBOW ROWELL

Hi guys! So today I'm going to be reviewing Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell. I've mentioned this book before on this blog in my Cozy Day Reads post. However, I didn't get a chance to review it until now, when I read it again. And let me just say, this book kicks ass.

It's about a girl called Cath, who is a freshman with a senior roommate called Reagan, who has a boyfriend called Levi. Before coming to college, Cath usually was really close to her twin, Wren, but since college, Wren wanted to be independent and wanted to be social, while Cath wanted to lock herself in her room and write and read. Overall, it's about Cath's addiction to the Simon Snow series (basically the Harry Potter in Fangirl), her love story, her fiction writing class, her family problems, roommate problems and her overall shyness.

I'M WRITING A BOOK

Hi everyone! So today I thought I'd share this new thing with you guys. So I am writing a book. For now I've simply planned it. I plan to write in the upcoming holidays if I find time. But I know that this time, I will do it, and I am very determined to. I'm going to try and write as much as I can whenever I can, but I will write it.

I haven't fixed a writing schedule as of yet, and I am still deepening the plot. I've discussed it with a few people, and have had some suggestions. My friend Capebella has recommended some great edits and we have finally decided that we are going to co-write the book. It's going to be a two-in-one form, and we're going to move chapter by chapter - as in - one chapter of my story, one chapter of hers. We've been outlining and discussing the title, the cover, everything over face time, and so far I think we've come along quite well.
